HR and payroll administration

Patient information needs a separate channel

Website enquiries are for business information only. Do not send patient names, identification numbers, medical records or claim files. A secure transfer process and written data-handling terms must be agreed before operational work.

Agree a workable starting point

Revenue-cycle work crosses reception, clinical documentation, billing and finance. A useful first assessment identifies where an item changes hands and which team owns the next action. We help your facility define those responsibilities before taking on routine processing or a backlog review.

Some facilities need a consistent claims desk. Others need a focused review of rejection reasons, a documentation sample or preparation for an onboarding application. The packages can be scoped individually. We recommend starting with the operational question you need answered, rather than assuming every facility needs the same arrangement.

Your written scope should state which services and payer pathways are covered, the records needed, the reporting rhythm and the people authorised to approve changes. It should also explain the limits of the work. Administrative support does not replace clinical responsibility, a regulatory licence or the payer’s decision.

Our Nairobi team works with your nominated facility lead to review progress and unresolved issues. Reports should make waiting items visible and distinguish completed actions from confirmed payments. Any financial result must be supported by the facility’s records; we do not publish unverified recovery figures.

For the first conversation, use business details and approximate volumes only. Read our Privacy Policy for website data handling, meet the team on our About page, or contact our office before arranging a secure operational review.

Your questions, answered

How are fees agreed?

Fees and the fee basis are set out in a written proposal after scoping. We confirm the deliverables and whether the work is a project or an ongoing service before it starts.

Can I send patient records here?

No. Use this form only for business enquiries. Secure transfer arrangements must be agreed separately.

How long does onboarding take?

The schedule depends on scope, access and documentation. Agree a timeline after the initial assessment.

Which systems do you use?

We assess system access and compatibility with your facility and its authorised software providers. Any integration or support requirement is confirmed in the written scope.

Is payment guaranteed?

No. The payer determines eligibility and payment. Support focuses on preparation, corrections and follow-up.

What contract length applies?

Contract length, review dates and exit arrangements will be agreed in writing.

How is access controlled?

The engagement must define authorised users, permitted data, transfer methods and retention before operational work begins.
